The Boardroom is for Royal Oaks various HOA boards and committees business meetings only. There is seating for 10-12 at the tables, and a few seats along the walls. [Use the Community Center room for social events, large meetings, etc.] First check the Boardroom Calendar for availability. The TV screens can be used for presentations and take an HDMI connection (see PDF instructions below). An HOA Board officer would then make the Room Request, and when approved they will be provided with access information. Food and drink must be kept to a bare minimum, and clean up is required.
